Mr. Miller has a proven background as an Owner’s Representative and Project Manager, successfully completing numerous projects on time and within the allocated budget. Mr. Miller has a thorough knowledge of the Construction Management processes and best practices, and has successfully managed public and private sector projects with aggressive schedules and tight budget restrictions, consistently exceeding client expectations. He has a thorough understanding of California Building Codes and the Public Contract Code.
